Shipping policy
Summary
- Standard shipping within Australia: free on all orders
- Express shipping within Australia: $17.95
- Dispatch: within 3 business days of cleared payment
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days to city areas, 5–10 business days elsewhere
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days to city areas, 2–4 business days elsewhere
Delivery times are after dispatch. Rural and remote areas may take longer, and public holidays can add 2–3 business days.
We ship with Sendle and Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as orders are sent to the address you nominate at checkout.
