Good to know
- Points expire 24 months after you earn them.
- Reward codes can't be combined with other discount codes or package deals.
- If an order is refunded, the points earned on that order are removed. If they've already been used, we may deduct their value from the refund. Exchanges don't affect your points.
- You can transfer points to another TnT customer. Email us from your account email address. Both accounts need at least one completed order. Minimum transfer is 500 points, up to 2 transfers a year.
- Points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
- We may update the rewards program from time to time. Any points you've already earned stay on your account.
